It all started when I realized I was losing touch with who I was after becoming a mother. There were too many roles, too many duties, and over time, I forgot about my own needs and dreams. It seemed impossible to find a balance between family and myself.
It was at this moment that I turned to a close friend, who happens to be a trained psychologist. We began exploring what I needed to rediscover myself, my strength, and my harmony. And that’s when we realized that many women go through similar experiences.
